A spacious, quiet, & comfy private bedroom furnished with a sofa, 2 twin bunk mattresses, closet, microwave & minifridge. Located in Mid town by Times Square, with 13 subway trains 1 block away. Ninth Avenue is a charming residential street lined with delis, diners, coffee shops, bars, and of course, tons of local restaurants. We are close enough to the commercial and tourist area of 8th Avenue and Times Square, but far enough to have that local residential feel.

HOUSE RULES: Smoking or drinking are not permitted. Visitors are not allowed. All guests must be over 18. All check ins must be scheduled in advance.

Walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, the Empire State building, Rockefeller Center, Flat Iron building, Hudson Yards, Macy's, the Highline, Whole Foods etc. The neighborhood is known for its verity of restaurants and its access to the most amount of Subway lines!
